Waltzingmouse Stamps January Blog Waltz

 Welcome everyone!  I am very excited to be participating in my second Blog Waltz!  January's theme was Valentine/Love, so I decided to use Half Pint Heroes and make a Valentine's card for my son (who is in kindergarten).  My daughter thought I was having too much fun, so she decided to make a card too!

I decided to use lots of blue (his favorite color) but have the rocket ship flying in a heart for Valentine's day.  And even though you can't see it, all of the stars have glitter on them as well.
Stamps:  Half Pint Heroes 
Ink:  Tuxedo Black (Memento)
Cardstock:  Blueberry Sky, Enchanted Evening, Stamper's Select White (PTI)
Patterned Paper:  Bitty Stars (PTI)
Accessories:  Glitter (Stampin Up, Doodlebug), Rick Rack (CTMH)

    I just love it that mother and daughter can share a love for crafting together. Both of these cards are wonderful...lovely colors and creative designs. Well done - both of you!

    WOW! You have some REAL competition from your daughter here! LOVE her heart card. Those hearts are FAB! On your card I LOVE the rocket ship IN the heart! PERFECT boy card!
