Happy Summer Everyone!  This month's theme for the Waltzingmouse Blog Party is Birthdays--such fun cards to make!  I had so much fun I even made a second card.

  1. Wow - I never looked at the cake with the different add ons side by side - what a difference between the two. The flowers look more casual, while the scallops look so formal. Very pretty - so nice to see them together to compare!

  2. Love both of your cards. That WM set is the first one of Claire's that I bought. And, you used my all time favorite birthday sentiment--'can we eat the cake now' because, what's it all about if not the cake, right? Love the colors and patterns in both cards.

  15. These are so delightful! I love the way you made two takes with a completely different feeling from each other. The first is my favourite - I just love the fresh mix of the gingham and florals - it looks so springy or summery and sooooo happy, you're in a festive mood even before you get to the sentiment!
