Waltzingmouse Stamps Blog Party--January 2012

Hello Everyone, Happy New Year!
 I'm starting off my blog posts for 2012 by joining the Waltzingmouse Stamps January Blog Party!  This month's theme is "Sweet Things," and I chose to make a Valentine card.  This is my first attempt at trying to make a shaker box--it was lots of fun!


Sending Love
Stamps:  Sewing Box Hugs (WMS)
Cardstock:  Pink Pirouette (SU); Pure Poppy, Stamper's Select White (PTI)
Ink:  Rich Cocoa (Memento)
Accessories:  Embossing Folder (Cuttlebug), Red heart glitter, doily (Michael's), Ribbon (American Crafts), Smooch (on the doily--kind of hard to see!)

I can't wait to see all the wonderful creations at the party!  Thanks so much for stopping by today!

    EEEK, a Sewing Box SHAKER card??!!! That's so amazing, Chris! I love how the sweet heart is perched on the doily, all fancy with it's little polka dotted bow! You chose the perfect sentiment, too....fabulous blog party creation!
